1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing Dr. Profit Premium (the “Service”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

2. The Service

Dr. Profit Premium provides access to premium educational content, market analysis, tools and the members’ community. Access is personal, non-transferable and granted for your individual use only.

3. Plans & Pricing

Monthly ($49) — recurring access billed every month until cancelled. Annual ($249) — access for 12 months. Lifetime ($599) — a one-time payment granting access for the lifetime of the Service. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments are made in cryptocurrency. The crypto amount is calculated from the live USD exchange rate at checkout and may vary slightly with the market. You must send the exact amount shown, in the selected asset, on the selected network. Sending a different asset or using the wrong network will result in the permanent and irreversible loss of your funds, for which we accept no responsibility. Access is unlocked only after the required number of network confirmations has been reached.

5. Under- & Overpayments

If the amount received is lower than required, access will not be unlocked until the outstanding balance is paid. Overpayments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

6. No Refunds

Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and the Service grants immediate access to digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

7. Not Financial Advice / Risk Disclaimer

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax or trading advice. Trading and investing involve a high level of risk and you may lose part or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. Account & Conduct

You agree not to share, resell, redistribute or publish any content or access credentials. We may suspend or terminate your access without refund in the event of a breach of these Terms.

9. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change over time. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
